lol... well the guys in the orange suits i think were harbour people of some kind. they both came off a boat holding a few more of them. The boat they are pulling ashore was a wreck, floating around out there, and i guess had to be gotten rid of.. They had trouble hauling the water logged boat, and the other two guys just offered to help.....I like my version better.
