My partner loves sunrises. One would think after years of taking photos of the sunrise, she would get tired of it, but no. She uses every opportunity to take at least 20 pictures of the sunrise in the morning. So here´s the sunrise of this morning for Esther in the blog.

It was a hospital day for us. Depending on her last results my partner needs to get her blood checked every two or three weeks to make sure, it´s thin enough for her damaged heart.
Esther calls the hospital her ¨second home¨. Understandable probably, because this is the place where her life got saved and where the people always help her when she is in a health crisis. Nevertheless i can´t really share her enthusiasm when it comes to the hospital. |
First it´s the line up to get in.

It´s a hospital for sure............

but the views................

might help some people recover when they feel really rotten.

and then it´s back to the waiting. This time for the results.
We were lucky, the results were good and we got another 3 weeks. |
it´s amazing what kind of food they sell in the cafeteria of a hospital.
certainly nothing we would touch......... |
this is an old part of the city called : San Cristobal, where the fishermen used to live and some of them are still living there. We were on our way to another line-up in an office and then to another appointment and then shopping. No ocean and foto shooting at the water today.......

The images from #2 down are like being transported back to 60's copies of Picture Post. Glad the story ended happily for another three weeks. ?:o)
