you made the decision today to be happy. What a brave thought! People believe it´s easy to be happy, but actually it´s not. In order to be happy it´s necessary to let go of the pain, the guilt, the patterns of behaviour, it´s necessary to forgive and to let go. One wouldn´t believe how firmly we cling to our pain. It seems to define so much who we are. When you decided to be happy, the light rose in your face........

we did nothing today. We stayed home and only towards sunset we went to the beach. I gave the backpack to you and i ran. It´s something i enjoy very much, running through the smooth watersand at the edge of the sea.
