Today, we left China to go back to Hong Kong. As if the weather was reflecting my relief to get out of Shenzhen, it was a beautiful day. I said my goodbyes to most of my colleagues who were flying home tonight and spent the night out again with Lexi and some friends at a few places in HK, including an über-pretentious club in the Lan Kwai Fong district called Dragon-I. It was alright, but I've never (in Scottsdale OR NYC, believe it or not) seen so many snooty people in one room at once. It's apparently nearly impossible for locals to get into, and slightly difficult for Westerners, but we walked right in. There was a live bongo drummer accompanying the DJ, which was something I hadn't seen before and lots of fun to hear/ watch.
