I wanted to see what McCarren Pool looked like-- word on the street was that they were re-developing this into a new pool, which means no more summer concerts. BUT with budget cuts and the state of the economy, I have a feeling it's going to stay this way at least one more summer... more concerts, PLEEEEASE!

a sneak preview of my new apartment... not totally finished decorating. i'm still in williamsburg, only 7 blocks farther south from where my loft apartment was.
wandered around a lot today. it was beautiful and sunny, but as you can see, there's still plenty of ice that needs to melt before i start shedding my layers!
