My kind-of-uncle, Jock, works for the French Culinary Institute, and he gave us a grand tour of the entire facility today. It was soooo interesting!

L'Ecole is FCI's official restaurant. The lobby for FCI is on the 4th floor, and they have a direct view of the condos across the street (the ones with the blue windows). Apparently, Daniel Radcliffe (yes, Harry Potter), owns one of those condos. Talk about lack of privacy-- we could see someone's master bedroom-- they didn't have curtains at all!
