3 december 2011 | RYE dessert menu testing part 1

Our friend (and Tyler/ Michael's former Breslin coworker) Katzie is consulting with RYE on the dessert menu. She came down from NYC to Louisville this weekend to work one-on-one with Tyler on each dish. Also, for the weekend, I rented a fancier DSLR and lenses to test out some food photography skills. Brooke and Jason kindly let RYE take over the kitchen of Please & Thank You (which is currently closed on weekends), since RYE's kitchen is not quite finished. A few of us just hung out at the cafe all weekend. A fun time was had by all. Part 1 of 2.
