Artsy fartsy

I am apparently lacking in the art gene, and am horrible at drawing and coloring. I have always hated coloring. I can remember in 5th grade getting a D on a map of the states project because of my coloring skills. I said, "Who cares if I didn't color it good? I got all the capitals right, didn't I?" But I still had to do it over. It just always seemed like such a waste of time to me.

But anyway, now I'm attempting to draw a picture for my living room. I'd like to make a flower, but I know my flower won't look anything like a flower. Greg is the arty one, but he refuses to draw me pictures or do anything like that (the jerk), so it's up to me. We'll see how this goes, or (more likely) I'll end up giving up the whole idea.
