Yeah, I keep thinking
Talladega Nights when I hear Shake 'n Bake lately. Why? Because I've been watching it on pirated HD OnDemand channels. =) Our new
HD TV automatically finds HD channels that we don't pay for because we're cheap and only have basic cable (don't tell our cable company!).
Anyway, we have 10 channels on which we can watch other people's OnDemand programs. However, if they pause or shut it off, it pauses and shuts off for us. The other day I was watching
Return of the Jedi and about halfway through, they shut it off! It makes me so mad when they do that. Why don't people watch things all the way through? How can you just shut that off halfway through? And about a month ago I was watching someone else's
Dogma and they shut it off when there were like 5 minutes left. Who does that?
When we were watching
Talladega Nights, whoever was watching it kept rewinding certain scenes. It's funny to see what other people replay. And someone near us watches quite a bit of "adult entertainment," if you know what I mean. And at the weirdest times. And he (I'm assuming it's a guy) does a lot of fast-forwarding to the "good parts."
Anyway, it makes me feel a bit like a voyeur, peeking into the TV-watching habits of my neighbors. But it's still fun to scam the cable company.
