After baking them all yesterday, today is the decorating! I almost wish we had kids so we could blame some of the worst decorating on them. It always starts out nice, where we take our time, but by the end, we're just slapping some icing on them and calling it good enough.
At least this year I only made a single batch, so there were only 6 dozen to decorate. The last time I made a double batch, we ended up eating the last ones we decorated ourselves because they were so ugly.

OMG, the gingerbread man!! lol! It reminds me of the little one on Shrek, which actually makes me kind of sad now....
