So here's what happened: Tuesday night in my living room, I was practicing for piano and it wasn't going well. I couldn't play this one stupid song and it was so frustrating. I ended up throwing my books to the floor in the middle of my completely childish hissy fit, I admit it. So today at piano I was explaining this to my instructor and then I managed to play through the whole piece. When I finished, she asked me if I wanted a sticker. "Heck yeah, I want a sticker!" I said. So I got to pick out my sticker. I am seriously such a dork.

So then I got home and was making toast to go with the omelets we were making for dinner (mine wasn't turning out well and I was crabby and hungry) and I pushed the door of the toaster oven closed with the side of my hand, which slipped off the handle and hit the burning-hot, million-degree glass door, leaving me with this giant burn mark.

Oh, poor baby!! You got a booboo..... I hope it feels better fast. Burns like that can be annoying anytime something touches it or you let water across it. I am glad you played the piano piece the way you wanted anyway! Take care.
