Mmm... blueberry pancakes

Let me start off by saying that while I love the idea of blueberry pancakes, I don't really love the reality of them. I love blueberries and I love pancakes, but I only sort of like them together. But it sounds so good. So weird, I know.

Greg's boss had brought him back some real maple syrup from Vermont, so we made some pancakes so he could enjoy it. Me, too, but I'm not a big syrup fan. Although when I was little, my dad used to make my brother and me a treat where you mix syrup with peanut butter and spread it on bread. Doesn't that sound disgusting? But we loved it. Apparently he had eaten it when he was a kid. So I guess I'll have to pass that down to my own kids even though I really doubt I could eat it today. Ew.
