We met a man from St. Louis, Missouri today at Dry Run Creek who was fulfilling his daughter's wish to go one last time to fish these waters before her next birthday. (fishing in this part of the stream is restricted to children under the age of sixteen and handicapped persons)
We got his email address and will be sending him our photos of him and his daughter - hope the photos help preserve the memories.
