It was really windy today so instead of going to the surf beach we usually go to, we went around to the calm side instead - it was way less windy there. My friend Winnie and her people came too! This is us playing with sticks (our favourite game). Winnie was kicking sand up in my face though, that's not fun.

And check this out - it's me SWIMMING! Like properly swimming, without my feet touching the bottom! I learned how to do this only yesterday, and I've decided that I really LOVE IT! It's so fun to swim out and fetch sticks and play with Dad out in the water!

Winnie doesn't do swimming yet, so she just watches from the shore...

And then tries to steal my stick off me when I get back!

It wasn't long before my Great Dane boyfriend - Zephyr - came to join us. We ganged up on Winnie! hehe

Zephyr's Dad always has nice cool water in a squeezie bottle, and he doesn't mind sharing it with me either!

Check out the huge stick that I retrieved from the water - Mum reckons she's gonna start calling me a Labrador cos I love swimming so much.

Zephyr does this weird frog leg thing when he lies down. Bit strange if you ask me! I still think he's HOT though. I have a bit of a crush on him. Shhh! Don't tell Digby!

They came at me from both angles, yikes! I didn't know which way to run, so I tried to run both ways - that wasn't a very good idea.

This is our gang! Me and Dad, Zephyr's humans, and Zephyr. Winnie and her people had gone home by this stage. Oh and Mum was the one taking the photo, of course.

I love the beach so much! It's great fun playing with all my friends, and now I can swim as well! Life is good...
