We received a package in the mail today! Usually it's for Mum or Dad, but this time when Mum read the package she got all excited and told me that it was from my friend in the USA, Arabella and her Mum!

It was for my birthday, but Luna seemed to think that she had opening rights too. Maybe when she gets to one year old she can have her own package to open. But this one is MINE!

She didn't get the hint, and kept hassling me...

... so Mum put her on the other side of the gate. HA!

Right! Off to the other side of the yard to find a good spot to open this thing!

Hmmm here's a good spot... now how do I get into this box?

Huh? What was that Mum? There's a better spot to open it on the other side of the yard?

Righteo then (it's important to find the right spot, you know).

I chewed off the corner - and inside I saw a present!! Ooooh!

Mum helped me with opening it up all the way. She tipped it up, and out came all these! Whoah!!!! Apparently there are nasty people called 'Quarantine' who steal presents though - how rude! They helped themselves to a yummy bone that was meant for me! How do they get away with it.... discraceful!

This was the first present we opened... awesome! Great colours too! Mum says that cos it's got white on it it needs to be an inside toy after today cos otherwise it will get too dirty.

Wow you should see this thing! It's kind of like a person with loooongg arms and legs that go all over the place...

It was soooo fun to play with!! I flipped it all around my head, even over my back! This is my favourite toy yet! It's going to have to be an inside toy too though as it's very pretty and Mum doesn't want us to wreck it. UPDATE: whoops, it's kind of wrecked. Well it has holes in it now and the stuffing is coming out already. I only played with it for like 30 seconds!!! Honest!

We finished opening the rest of the presents and found some more awesome stuff. There was yummy doggy biscuity treats, and a flexi purple boomerang...

And some clothes too! Mum's always wanted to get me a bandanna, I think Arabella's Mum must have read her mind or something...

Mum tied it around my neck and wow! Instant class - how cool am I?! I thought I better do a bit of posing to show it off.

Then I got distracted by some birdies next door.

I'm not sure what the writing on it is all about, but how awesome is this - my new bandanna has a picture of a birdy on it. I think Arabella must have known how much I love birdies!

Luna was getting very bored waiting for me to finish opening all my presents.

I did a bit more posing for Mum with my new clothes. Which Luna then tried to eat. She's an annoying little sister sometimes I tell you!

Did you get the card?? Did the mean people take your card? - it was the best part, I think maybe the presents don't make as much sense without the card.

What cool presents! I love this post - thank you so much for sharing...I felt like I was in the yard with Kaya while she opened her presents! Can't wait to see the rest!
