Our new collars arrived today! They are from Georgia Brown Dog in somewhere called Seattle in the USA! I am not exactly sure where the USA is but it sounds a long long way away and very big and impressive. It must be a cool place cos my friend Arabella lives there.

Anyway, this is my new collar, it's called the Tallulah. Mum chose it because it has pinky girly bits and flowers in it to show that I am a girl (although everyone we meet seems to think otherwise), but it has brown bits too that match my beautiful fawn colouring. I think Mum did pretty well with her choice!

Mum said that someone commented that there aren't as many pics of Luna as of me. Well that IS because it's MY blog not hers - BUT - Mum decided to add an extra one in of Luna just to even it up a bit.

Luna got the one called Lulu. It sounds a lot like her name but I think Mum chose it cos of the colours not the name! She wanted something really girly for Luna, cos apparently pink goes really well with blue (which is what Luna's colour is called).

Ok, OK! Another token Luna shot. Geez Mum, we don't want to give her the wrong idea do we? It's me who is the model, not Luna! *grumps*

And THIS is why Luna is not the model, and I am. I sit nicely and look at the camera when Mum tells me to, but Luna has to be cajoled with food and treats to look. Not very professional behaviour! Plus she has a habit of wearing her ears in that strange backwards fashion. Weirdo.

Mum was yelling and clicking and making funny noises to make her look, but no! Still didn't look. I guess that's ok cos it was the collar Mum wanted a photo of anyway..

I guess the US is a pretty neat place but all its being big means is that if you're in the middle you have a long way to go to get to a ocean beach. Lovely collars by the way - moms trying to find me a collar that tells everyone I'm a girl (i don't mind being called a boy as long as I still get loves) but apparently she gets confused when people call me 'boy' or 'him'. I like pink anyway.

I think pink would really suit you Arabella!! I think people think all big doggies are boys, which I guess is ok cos it can be hard to tell sometimes plus humans get a bit funny about bending over and looking at our private bits. I hope you find a nice collar anyway Arabella - you will have to do some modelling when you get it!

i'm getting our gracie a new collar this christmas just so she'll stop being called a boy too! i think people equate big dogs to boys. whatever. the collars are very cute on the girls!
