HOCUS POCUS:

So, our first day in Salem, we decided to go to the Pioneer Village. Parts of the movie Hocus Pocus were filmed there.

When we arrived, it was all locked up and there was a sign that said it opens in June. Well, I immediately wanted to climb over the chain link fence but Derek was telling me not to. After trying to shoot through the fence for a few minutes, I politely said, "screw this, I'm going over." I climbed the fence and walked around shooting for about 10 minutes with Derek urging me to get out since some cars had come pulled in.

After I came out, I told him- we're probably never coming back here and you are going to kick yourself later if you don't climb over with me. He argued for a bit but I finally coaxed him into it.

I'm so glad we did. It was incredibly cool to see and I would have hated missing it.

Felecia .....you are certainly a woman with an adventurous spirit. If you can climb over the fence, it's probably not that secure of a place. You did get some incredible shots. You must be very pleased that you took the opportunity to do so. The risk of getting caught just adds to the excitement and the end results that much more appreciated.... Good work paparazzi Felecia!
