Hoisting the Colours! (And Ship Signals)

The USCG ship The Steadfast is stationed right in back of my office. Every morning at 7:55 the "First call to colors" is announced. The guard of the day goes to the flag and remains motionless.. .

(and I mean motionless, I watched him very carefully) until. . .
|
At 8:00 a.m. the whistle or bugle is sounded and he unfurls the flag.(Hoists the colors)
|
He (and any other uniformed personnel) then salute the flag.

It was a VERY foggy day.
These are commonly heard ship signals:
One Short Blast and One Prolonged Blast: Alerts oncoming ships to your presence
Two Short Blasts: You are turning to port (left) and will pass the other vessel on your starboard (right) side.
One prolonged blast every two minutes or less: vessel operating in fog. (Been hearing a LOT of these)
Three Short Blasts: This means that a boat is slowing or stopping to avoid collision
Five consecutive horn blasts: warning signal that means literally "I do not know your intention. Change course or collision is imminent!"

The last shot is amazing - looks like a still from a movie - really neat set, and very informative - but I would like to know what the signal is for 'get out of the way, I am bigger than you and bearing down on you and about to swamp you……..'is it still just the 5?
