It was pouring with rain all day, so I decided to get ahead with this week's meals.
|
Today I made fish pie, pork apricot casserole with roast potatoes and broccoli, bolognese sauce, sweet potato soup and rice salad. I spent about five hours in the kitchen and am knackered now, but it will be nice to come home from work to a ready prepared dinner.

Sure, rezinka. The stove looks lovely, doesn't it? Unfortunately the oven thermostat has gone wrong, so I never know if something is going to take half an hour or an hour and a half!

I do this on weekends too. Love to have a full freezer and time on my hands during the week. That soups sounds jummy btw
