Riverside Riverbanks

Grabbed this snap on the way home from work. After all my bitching about the c-o-l-d Canadian winter we were having, we're in the middle of a heat wave. It's amazing! All the snow we got is gone. People are out on their motorcycles. I can walk my dog without a parka. You can stick your tongue on a flagpole and not get stuck. Bring on the global warming baby!

Normally the river here would be only half as wide and quite a bit frozen over, but because of the melt the water level is spring thaw high and parts of the bikepath/walkway are completely submerged.
