Saw this rotting in a field and just had to swing around and get a shot of it. Never to see the road again yet it still has more character than 99% of what's made today. Love these things!
Any hardcore VW people know what year it is? From my limited knowledge of these based on the split windscreen I'd say early 60's-ish-ish???
