Who's the sick bastard that devised these things? I mean, did someone sit around and think to themselves - Hmmm, I'm gonna create a twirly-thingy at a park that'll make kids dizzy enough that they puke. Yeah, make 'em puke! Bwa Ha Ha Ha!!!

The more amazing thing is the city parks department keep buying them up.
