My gut feeling is 2009 is going to be a great year for me. Case in point - my favourite by far company car was my 2007 GTI and not a day goes by that I don't envision myself driving it again. Well, today at work the boss calls me into his office and says we've got an extra GTI he wants to get off the books, it's mine. Before he can finish the sentence I'm out the door transferring my stuff from the car I was driving into the GTI. I'm back in love with driving again! I'm no stranger to proclaiming the GTI as the worlds most perfect car and I mean it, these things are a blast.
Had it out for a break in drive tonight and gotta love the 'new car burning off the factory goo' smell. Burn baby burn ;)
