Gotta give this guy and the rest of his group MASSIVE credit for having the balls (quite literally!) to walk in front of hundreds of thousands of people with absolutely nothing on.
He was taking a picture of a new friend who has a really cool spikey blue mohawk. I think she was getting as much if not more attention than the people in the parade, with a lot of the parade participants coming up and taking her picture like this throughout the afternoon.
