two days ago was the first time he said he doesn’t love me (I gave him the no for having sweets before lunch). I`ve never blackmailed him with denying my love, he`s never heard “I don’t love you” from anyone ever. I wonder, how does he know, this is the sentence he can most hurt me with? (he didn’t get the sweets ;-)

They learn and they grow...I don't think its possible for him to understand how much that could hurt. He just wanted the sweets :-) Even though he doesn't mean it, he will not totally understand your love for him until he has a child of his own. Excellent mischievous look in 2.

they dont mean it. I was told that I was hated the other day. I know he doesn't have that emotion yet..... they just try every trick to get what they want... we blackmail them (if you're good you will get such & such) so they pick it up - I'll give you back my love if you give me sweets.... intelligent really; but hard to hear.
