Bones….sorry, this is a “sore” subject with me right now. Had outpatient surgery to get a plate and screws in my broken ankle on Friday. The pain pretty much subsided after the first night, so now I’m stuck on the couch with my foot elevated and crutches at the ready.
In digging into my archives found these from a few weeks ago when Jackson and I visited the Dinosaur Resource Center – thought it was a good “theme” given the circumstances.

Great set (the photos and hopefully your ankle). #6 went in my favourites, but I was also really taken with 1 and 4.

great set, but sad to hear about the ankle, makes me think of my nek hernia and spinal cord opperation last year, 1 metal plate and 6 bolts. But we should be happy they are able to do that, or we would be in more trouble. I for one would have been totally parralised from the nek down, if they couldn't do this emidiatly. So as they say, "brake a legg" with the healing proces ;-))) Take care Marsha !! and DON'T brake a legg whatever you do!!! :-))

Just remember, even with plates and screws, your bones are better than these in the pictures:) Which by the way are very nice.

Really like 4, 5 and 7. I am so sorry ur ankle is in such a bad way. This too will pass, and I hope quickly!!
