Last January on the mountain road to Cottonwood Lake we went past this intriguing place but I shot from the road because of inaccessibility and a "No Trespassing" sign. As luck would have it, while on the same road last weekend a chance encounter with a stranger brought me back again, this time to where I wished I was last January to get the shots I wanted....one of those lucky breaks that happen sometimes when you're out photographing ;))
