It was 10°F, -2° windchill, when Beav and I went for our walk. With leggings, jeans, two pairs of socks, hiking boots, a long sleeve tshirt, sweatshirt, coat, hat, scarf, and two pairs of gloves, it wasn't bad. And I got some decent shots of a hawk. I wanted to get some of him in flight, but he kept too low to the ground.
