Stupid everything.

The stupid wind last night broke my stupid satellite dish so I couldn't watch any of the stupid programs I wanted to watch. I missed my fix of the trainwreck on Rock of Love! And I'm missing Westminster tonight. :(

And today, two of my coworkers called off sick, so instead of four techs on duty, there was only two of us. I think I'm getting it myself, but I've been holding it off with a steady prescription of vitamin C drops, chocolate and hot monkey lovin' with my husband. And the occassional DayQuil, but I'm thinkin' it's more the chocolate and lovin', so I'll need more of both. :P

Beavis keeps randomly limping on each paw off and on. I'm not sure if it's the bitter, bitter cold, too much sidewalk walking, ice, rock salt, or a combination of all of the above that's to blame, but the little **** -- insert favorite swear word of choice, it'll fit him! -- chomped my thumb when I tried to check them. Grrr.

So I just rinsed them all off in the tub, then he tore around the house like a maniac. So nothing is actually injured or hurts that much, he's just being a sissy. Maybe we'll have to cool it on the walks. Maybe we don't need to walk three to five miles a day. That's a long way when you've got three inch legs!
