The trail was ridiculously slippery. The rain yesterday had partially melted all the snow, which then froze overnight into ice, and got coated with a dusting of snow. So, instead of walking back on the trail, we took a detour on the streets. I like how, along with his footprints, you can see the occassional "swoosh" of where his leg fringe sweeps the snow off the sidewalk.

And look what we found on our detour!!! All this time, Mr. Ball was on the street near the parking lot to the park. If we'd taken our usual route, we wouldn't have seen him here. Beavis actually walked right past him at first. Mr. Ball was on the blind side.

We found Mr. Ball, and now all is right with the world. The last appointment of the day cancelled, so we finished earlier than we would have, and Fritz has the night off work, so I get to spend time with my honey, and eat DiGiorno Garlic Bread Pizza. Yummmm.
Yep... All is right with the world.

MR BALL is back!! Beavis is so cute with that huge thing! Did you get it back in the park before you left? Hope to see it and Beav in future posts! Love that furry little one-eyed mug!!
