Theme: Fashion... of a sort.

Scrubs on the clothesline. The very height of fashion.

The brighter, the better!

I have this thing... I like to buy pajama tshirt tops to wear as regular tops. They're comfier (and often cheaper) than real tshirts, and are often really cute and funny. Mostly, I just wear them under my scrubs, so what difference does it make?

Happy cats and dogs in purses. I'm SOOOO not a "dog purse" kind of person, but the top was too damn cute to pass up. Especially on clearance. ;)

Clothespins on Fritz's workshirts.

The cutest scrub top print EVER. Too bad it's 100% cotton and wrinkles like a SOB.

Another view of the lineup.

Didn't ya know Beavis is part kangaroo?

He was scratching at the ground (see how there's no grass in front of the gate anymore?!) and I happened to catch him mid-fling.

He makes the funniest faces when he runs.

... And runs...

... And runs!

Back on the topic of fashion, along with my normal Glamour magazine, I got this issue of Cosmo in the mail today. I don't subscribe to Cosmo. And I actually flipped through quite a few pages before realizing that it makes even less sense than normal. No habla espanol... not since high school, anyway. Unless I'm ordering from Don Pablos.

Woohoo! It was finally a nice enough day (with an afternoon off) to do laundry and hang it out on the line. How boring is my life that hanging clothes out is exciting?!

The worst part about working for a vet isn't sickness, euthanasia, difficult customers... it's scrub pants. AGH! I hate them. But if I can't wear flattering clothes, I'm going to wear bright ones. These hanging on the line are among the more mild colors. I have acid-lime green, a yellowish green the color of an unripe banana, orange, red, purple... you name it.

You can take my jeans, but you can't take my freedom!

And, of course, no day is complete without Beavis pictures.

majikmonkee I like the idea of shooting clothes on the line. I'd never have thought of that for the fashion theme. Cute dog, too!

Beagles3 Wow, you have some cool scrubs. You are so eco-friendly to use the solar dryer!! Awesome! I remember when that is all my Mom used in our backyard!

I love your Beavis acptures for today. He does look sort of kangaroo-ish! He is the funniest boy I have ever seen! Love him bunches!

ncshutterbug I love the scrubs. If my boss wouldn't look at me like I was insane, I'd wear a Hello Kitty top to work one day.

Great idea for photos - love the shots of the clothes lines. Beavis is a photogenic as ever!

Liselaime Ohh! I absolutely adore the pictures of Beavis running. I love how his fur ripples as he moves. You probably mention it somewhere else, but--how did he lose his eye? I think he's almost cuter one-eyed than he would be with both.
