This was one of those "SURPRISE!" pictures. I thought I was just snapping the finch. When I downloaded it, I had a flying sparrow, too!

Gracie did get along with Beavis, and now prefers to stay upstairs again. This may be because the cat food is upstairs.

This little guy has a nest inside the tubing. I saw him pop out of there, then back in again with a mouthful of grass.
|
My camera does have an amazing zoom, but this guy surprised me. I was only about four feet away when taking the pictures.

Beavis is once again so cute. (possesed eye and all) And the birds are great too. Oh yeah, and kitties are good!

Isn't it great to see the birds building nests? I've loved watching them around here - even the crows. Great bird shots today!

Ooh, I love the closeups of the birds, and the one of Gracie reaching for the catnip. My cat isn't very interested in catnip, for some reason.
