I take it your objective is to get perfectly even all-round lighting, well diffused. In which case, you have it nailed. Your subject seem to almost float on the surface. For the apple, do you think it's possible to generate a little catch-light? A small fairly sharp bright patch to the top-right. Controlling it might be tricky. Maybe a snoot! Or maybe a modeling light, not sure.
