Snow??

We very rarely get snow where we live but yesterday... Holy Cow! It was coming down, on & off for awhile there. A totally unexpected storm hit our town. I had even sent the kids to school without jackets. Niiiiiice, mom.

Today you can still see the dusting on our local mountains. Nothing stuck to the ground.

I took this photo this a.m. as I was leaving the kids' school. (I was just supposed to be dropping them off and peeling out of the parking lot... 3 hours later and I'm leaving. What happened?)

Anyway, I only had my little point & shoot in the car... this camera used to do the job pretty well. It now has these very annoying spots on the lens. I took it to my favorite camera shop -Hi Calumet!! ((waving!!!)) - and they said they don't fix "cameras like that" (sounds a little snooty, no? ) So I'm stuck with these major spots on the lens until I can find someone who will look at it and fix it.

The point of this long-winded story is to say that I found a way to get rid of those spots in Photoshop. Yeah! It's the spot healing brush. It's just like magic. So now I can live a little bit longer with spots on my little point & shoot.
