Edge of the Earth...

So went out to visit our violin teacher again today & brought her some things she needed.
This time I remembered my camera.
I cannot wait until she's better.
She can't stand being all cooped up in her little house.
She has an abdominal aortic aneuyrism which is pretty serious and she is supposed to have surgery this coming week. She is 77. Thinking about her lots.

Her piece of property is amazing. When you pull into her driveway, you have to be careful to stay away from that left side edge or you could fall off the face of the earth (she likes to say that).
Standing at the edge of her yard gives you the most amazing view. Wish I had been out there last week when we got that dusting of snow. I bet that was beautiful.

Last photo is her tiny, makeshift house. It used to be just a horse stall setup. Some nice people fixed up her roof and now she lives on the far left (that's her window you see on the far left). A tiny, homey house.
