So D's soccer coach pulled him aside yesterday at practice and invited him to the Intra Soccer League tryouts today.

He was pretty flattered. Only 60 kids out of the Rec league tried out.

The tryouts were tough! They had those kids running! The parents on the sidelines were trying to shout encouraging things to their kids but those kids were tired!

D isn't sure of the results. There are only so many spaces on the team. We'll find out next week.

We're so proud of him for going for it. He wasn't sure at first... didn't know if he was good enough, didn't know if he could handle it.

We know he's good enough... Good enough to go for anything he puts his mind to. That's our strong, amazing D.
