I have a love/hate relationship with Apple. I've not owned an Apple product but had an account with them so my son could download from itunes and I found when I had problems with the account, they were not very user friendly; so much so that I was pretty po'd. In any case, the Ipad is an incredible piece of technology. It's very impressive and I may have to rethink owning an Apple product. Never say "never".
