I told ya I was going to stuff those jalapenos! They are so good and have more flavor than heat. Give them a try :

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Take 12+ fresh jalapenos, cut each in half longways, take out the seeds and the veins.
Depending on how many peppers you have, soften 4-8 oz. of cream cheese. Mix in some grated cheddar cheese. Stuff the peppers with cheese mixture. Cut bacon into 1-2 inch pieces long and place a slice on each pepper. Cook on a baking sheet for at least 20 minutes or until bacon is the consistency you like it. Enjoy!!
