Seven-year-old Robert Ghevondian lives in Yerevan. Rob is not an ordinary boy, from birth he has been suffering from consequences of infantile cerebral paralysis.
Rob likes playing with kids of his age, but the wheel-chair hampers him.
Rob is being treated with the assistance of massages. He is nursed by his grandmother, Mrs. Varduhi. She helps him to dress himself, feeds Rob and takes him to a hairdressing saloon. Rob cannot attend a school, but he is given lessons at home. Rob loves his grandmother and calls her mamma. He is given every support and is lavished with care, but he is sad.
