I was waiting for a friend at the Ayala Triangle. Being an artist, I cannot help but bring my sketchbook with me. I sketch a woman in front of me and another man at a far away place. I even took some photos.

Then the woman that I have sketched suddenly stood up and sat near me. Then suddenly an old man and his grandson, after playing near the water fountain also sat near us. After drying up his grandson's feet, he allowed him to stand on the brick platform where we are all seated.

This little kid, probably about 3-4 yrs old is just so adorable. He approached me and said, "Hi!" I greeted back and smiled hugely. I love kids! Then he went back and forth from me to the woman, grabbing our things, crawling around, jumping, making noises etc! He is such a lively little worm! His grandpa cannot keep up with him, thus we have to guide him as well.

Finally grandpa bid us goodbye and said something in Japanese that probably means, "Sorry for the trouble and thank you." I smiled and waved back. The little kid made a kiss gesture using his hands.

Sweet strangers. It was a lovely day.
