Your honesty and your respect for those people shows here.
Thanks alot. I like that one too for some reason. Technically it is a bit cluttered, but it conveys the sense of scattered emotions and the trapped feeling I get there.
All very emotional to me, especially #6. I don't really know why...the door, the light... Strong post, Makai. |

Reply ⇔ Which One Do You Choose?

Reply ⇔ Behind the scenes
Thank you so much for sharing these with us (and to Vittoria and Ohad too, of course). Wel always see the photographic results of your explorations, what's in front of your camera, but what happens behind the scenes is something I always have in mind when I contemplate your images. So many great ...
Thats exactly I think often when I see your posts after returning from your "expeditions" every now and than.... though you often give a little "taster" of your backstage, I find it so great, this is probably I posted these. Thank you for the inspiration :-)

Reply ⇔ Les bancs, the benches

Sure...family pictures.... That does not change the fact that with your technical knowledge and fine assortment of pro equipment and years of pro experience you should find ways to make even your family shots real cool! Look....I think your brother jumping is an interesting shot....though very contrived! I can imagine many, many ways to show make fantastic photos of my familials. Your works in general are way above most of what appears here...but there is always the danger of becoming too sattisfied with one's own accustomed perspective! I learnt this early at SVA in New York City... I worked with Warhol and was a friend of Marcia Reznick and met people like Ansell Adams, Annie Leibovitz and others, and Jeff Amram and David Blau actually shot famous photographs of me when I became a two-year-long NYC celebrity! So..it's not like I'm a maverick or new to the world of the genuine Photographistes! |

Family pictures....hmmm.... Since you are a real Pro, tell me what you think about a commercial I dared produce! Go to November 6, 2008 of my Photoblog and you will get the info. Google Fenyo and Heinz and enjoy the funniest Heinz commercial ever! |
