Welcome to all of you. I'm glad to have this opportunity to see most of you together in one place. Unfortunately I don't know most of your names yet, but that will come in time.

At first glance I can see that many of you don't have any hair. Some of you don't even have any clothes, and some of you, well, seem to be missing some important parts.

Your job is very important because you will help me to visually develop the ideas and sketches for many of my projects.

I look forward to working with all of you as we move ahead to deal with the many challenges that face us.
