Someone mentioned ‘mystery’ and it certainly is a big part of this story. Actually this entire ‘Montparnasse’ episode is taking place in my office during non-work hours. The time in the morning that I used for reading is now used for painting. The time that I used for workouts during lunch is also used for painting.

The canvas is rolled up on a stick that I hang on the wall behind my door. I have a chance to work about 20 minutes before the other workers arrive. I installed a special drawer under my desk that holds the paints and brushes. A flower vase holds the water. It takes about 45 seconds to put everything away so that no one sees what’s going on. The same routine goes on every day. The work is slow but it’s steady.

MoMac are you working with acrylics to be able to roll it up without the paint smudging?

DancingDolphin Oh man... I hope you're documenting the set up you describe! That sounds like half the story and fun!!
