غار دنگزلو در جنوب غربي روستاي دنگزلو و در بخش شرقي منطقه و قلل دنا قرار دارد. اين غار داراي تالارهاي بزرگ و هفت تالاب است كه بايد با قايق از آنها عبور كرد و يكي از منابع مهم آبي منطقه پادنا محسوب ميشود. منطقه پادنا در شمال رشته كوه دنا داراي بافتي روستايي و عشايري است محل ييلاق طايفه فارسيمدان از ايل بزرگ قشقايي ميباشد
