This is the knob of a wristwatch. I took this picture using a very interesting technique. It involves using 2 lenses. I used a 70-200 f4 L and a 50 f1.4.

You put one of the lenses on and then you take the other and focus through it backward on some object. It is a little tricky, and be sure to have a ton of light. Here is the website I learned this from.

jameswaters i've tried doing this before, but it's not so easy, especially if you're holding the two together in hand. awesome photo though... really captures the spirit of an antique
