Cold Waves

It is cold outside. What's new though? This is New York, and it is January.

I stayed home today. Lack of sleep ruined me.

All night I was picking up mouse traps. We found we had some mice recently when we had muffins sitting out, and all of the tops were eaten off. I set up four traps and now three mice are dead.

All night I thought they were going to mount some sort of revenge upon me in my sleep. I was pretty paranoid. One image of one of them was ingrained into my mind for eternity. Somehow he managed to make it all the way onto the trap so it came down on his back. When I came into the room it looked like he was staring at me. But in reality he was dead. I felt so cruel for doing it. But what can you do?
