Meet the Balut...
A special delicacy in the Philippines...
Its an embryo of a duck.... 17 days before it hatch...
Unfortunately, it is cooked by steam
And presto.... reaady to eat!
Just add a bit of salt... and a spicy vinegar.....
You need a tough stomach to eat it.... eeewww!
