its so peculiar
to feel so torn
to feel so strong
to break apart
in your arms
in your thoughts
your words
surround me
stay with me through the night
keep me up
racing memories
flooding back and filling with days
the delight
the haze
the drinks didn't help
the more we swallowed
the more we felt
still i melt
pale hopes filled with dimensions
of colors we never knew
not sure what this means
not sure what i want
not sure who we are
who we were
who we are meant to become
if we are done
if there is more to come...
