My First Soccer Game

I love how the players walk onto the field holding the hands of young children.

We were sitting in the neutral section of the stadium, but we were surrounded by Argentina fans.

I had my neutral shirt on - of course I wanted the US team to win, but I do have ties to Argentina, so.....neutral.

The stadium was packed with fans! 78,682! The largest turn-out for a US soccer game.

It began to rain heavily. The game ended in a 0 - 0 tie! The US fans were so excited, they were celebrating as if they won!

I attended my first professional soccer (futbol) game on Sunday. The US National Team played Argentina. Right now Argentina is ranked number one in the standings! The greatest part of this game was that the US team didn't lose! :)

To clarify, Argentina is ranked number one in the standings. Italy is still the World Champions until the next World Cup! :)

Ehm...i never attend any live game...hey..Can you spot 'Mr.Wally' and me in the last picture? =P hehe...going to a soccer game should be a great idea to lose some 'spare tyres' ....shout more and jump more for both side..then can lose more..heheh...great picture =)

you should see Holland now, everything is in orange with the E.K. going on. Even the food and drinks are in orange.... I think you did a great job on this pics!! btw for Ronin, Holland versus italy 3-0
