Spanish moss hanging from a tree. It's not spanish and it's not moss. The native americans called it that because it reminded them of the beards that the Spaniards wore.

My friend Andrea and I visited Charleston, South Carolina. This was my first trip to SC and I can't imagine it being my last. Charleston is lovely. It's very historic and it's people work very hard to preserve it - in appearance, tradition and culture. The architecture, ironwork and gardens are amazing! :)

I've been wondering what Charleston looked like!! Hopefully we'll be seeing more?? Have any close ups of those baskets???
